DAW Open Shop – Come in to talk, turn and have fun. We also help beginners, those with other projects and tool sharpening. Bring a project you may need help on, or just come and turn something among friends. Or even just come to say hello and help a fellow wood turner. No tools or wood needed. The club can provide everything that is needed to learn.

We have seven Jet 16-42 lathes and all the accessories for each lathe. We also have a small supply of turning tools for those just starting out or for those wanting the try a different tool.

To participate please wear closed toed shoes and proper personal protection equipment. We do have a supply of face-shields for those that don’t bring their own. Please bring your own dust protection equipment. Regularly scheduled for the Saturday following our club meeting from 10am-3pm. Arrive when you can and leave when you want.
