About the demonstrator:–

Gary is a retired fire fighter from Greenville, Tx. and began turning professionally in 1993.  He has had work in several juried turning exhibitions and has work in museums and private collections.  He has demonstrated around the United States and Australia and has taught at craft schools and local turning organizations.  His work has been in several publications and he has written an article for the American Association of Woodturners. Over the years he has changed his style of work and is currently working with plywood and veneers.
